Directors are the leaders of our leadership team. They serve on our leadership team as a supervisor and coach for all team members/leaders. They will demonstrate ownership for the business. They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This leader must have strong people management abilities and be organized. You must have proven customer service skills and demonstrate the ability to develop team members to be excellent in this area. As a representative of Chick-fil-A they will embody Chick-fil-A values, representing our store to the guests in the restaurant and to the community outside of it. Being a director, you are second only to the Owner of the business. This is a major role with major responsibility. We are very selective with this role and only take those who demonstrate the leadership capabilities and work ethic of a true leader.

Must have Monday - Saturday full availability 
Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts
Helping the shift leaders run day to day tasks in a smooth controlled manner. 
Monitoring labor and food costs to run a more cost efficient business
Support other leaders and make sure they feel cared for and appreciated 
Execution of team meetings, reviews, and overall direction of team of the team
Knowing the correct way to handle guest concerns and making guests feel cared for
Proactively checking behind team members duties
Monitoring the grounds and inside of the building before end of shift
Upkeep of quality control and food 
Ensure daily and weekly cleaning lists are completed thoroughly and correctly. 
Leaving the restaurant better than how you found it
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members on their shifts.
